John Bajger

John Bajger is a Chief Assistant Attorney General with the Florida Office of the Attorney General. He oversees the South Florida Civil Litigation Division, which represents State Agencies and public officials in civil litigation arising in South Florida. Prior to joining the Office of Attorney General, he worked as an assistant public defender in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, representing indigent criminal defendants.

John received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in English from Florida Atlantic University and is a cum laude graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law. For several years, he worked as an adjunct instructor in English at Florida Atlantic University. He currently serves on the faculty of the National Association of Attorneys General Training and Research Institute and teaches courses in trial advocacy, deposition skills and legal writing.
