Diana K. Bock

Diana K. Bock is an Assistant Attorney General, practicing in the Criminal Appellate Division of the Attorney General’s office for twenty-two years. She has appeared before the First, Second, Fourth and Fifth District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals; and is admitted to practice before all federal district courts and the United States Supreme Court. Diana was born and grew up in Ohio; in 1982 she moved to Florida with her husband of thirty-three years, Don. For the first six years of her practice of law she practiced with the firm of Trickel & Leigh, a general practice firm in Orlando, Florida. Leaving the firm as a limited partner, she began her service in government practice in 1990.  During her twenty-two year term with the Florida Attorney General’s office Diana has practiced in the areas of Racketeering and Organized Crime, Economic Crime, Medicaid Fraud, Civil Litigation and Criminal Appeals.  Diana is active with the Bar and, in addition to being Chair of the Government Lawyer Section, has also been appointed to the Bar’s Standing Committee on Professionalism and previously served a six-year term on the Bar’s Judicial Nominating Rules Committee.  She is a long-standing AV rated attorney and in 2010 was named as an AV® Preeminent™ Rated Woman Lawyer.  Diana is also a past president of the Bruce R. Jacob Criminal Appellate Inn of Court; this was the first criminal appellate Inn of Court charted in the country.  Diana is Board Certified in State & Federal Government and Administrative Practice.
